We provide a call center for all incoming rent to own requests. All calls are directed to a Mortgage Banker for immediate Approval/Denial. Our Typical Screening process is as follows:

  1. Qualified candidates will have money for Down Payment

  2. Each client will meet with a Mortgage Banker and pull a personal credit report

  3. Must meet minimum credit standards to enroll in RTO Program

  4. The majority of our Buyers will purchase within 3-4 months

  5. Clients meet to determine eligibility for Down Payment Assistance Programs

  6. Must be enrolled in Credit improvement Program

  7. Requirements to complete an approved financial counseling course

  8. Weekly follow up
